This project is a technical execution of a tufted rug using hand-tufting techniques with an emphasis on texture and color depth. The concept is based on the natural palette of wild blueberries to create a complex color gradient.
The work utilizes a combination of deep inky, dusty blue, and soft purple shades to convey the natural iridescence of the berry. The dense pile ensures high durability of the product and pleasant tactile sensations upon contact with the surface. The use of modern tufting equipment allows for sharp lines and rich color saturation within the creation of a functional interior piece.
